Who we are and what this covers
This statement explains how EasyGRC ("EasyGRC," "we," or "us") handles information collected through our public website at easygrc.us. It does not govern data that customers store inside the Compliance Tracker platform at app.easygrc.us, which is handled under the customer agreement and data processing terms that apply to that account. The demo environment at demo.easygrc.us is a shared sandbox, so please do not enter real or sensitive information there.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo, claim an offer, email us, or otherwise contact us, we collect what you choose to provide, typically your name, work email address, organization, role, the frameworks you are interested in, a book order ID where an offer requires one, and any message you include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies, described below.
How we use information
We use the information we collect for a limited set of purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a demo or conversation.
- To contact you about EasyGRC products and services that relate to your request, including follow up communications you can opt out of at any time.
- To verify eligibility for offers you request.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website, including detecting and preventing abuse.

We do not sell your information

We keep contact information for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain records. We apply the same discipline to our own data that we help customers apply to theirs, including encryption in transit, access restricted to the people who need it, and monitoring of the systems that store it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.
